A card on the Insights Hub (Overview, Engagement, or Attribution) can appear blank or show only a short note instead of data. This happens in one of three situations.
No data yet. Nothing has been recorded for that card in the selected date range (7, 30, or 90 days). Visit cards fill in after the first tracked page view, tool cards after the first tracked tool interaction (search, wishlist, availability watcher), and form-entry cards after the first form submission. Try selecting a longer range. If there is still nothing, your install may simply be new.
Aggregation pending. The Insights aggregator runs hourly and processes history in passes. On a new install, or when you pick a range that starts before the point the first pass has reached, the card waits until the range is fully covered. From Toolkit 3.281.0, the card names the next scheduled run time. If the note says WP-Cron is disabled on your site, runs follow your host’s server cron schedule instead.
Version pair not verified. The Toolkit only reads Conversion Kit data from versions it has verified. A chip at the top of the Insights page shows either "Conversion Kit version not yet verified" or "accepted by schema check".
If the chip says accepted, your datasets are active and the blank card is due to one of the two situations above. If it says not verified, go to Plugins > Updates and update HomeRunner Toolkit, or update Conversion Kit if it is older than the Toolkit expects. From Toolkit 3.281.0, the card names both installed versions and the exact update needed.
