The Live Sync toggle stops at Syncing… 80% and then times out.
Why this happens. The server can pull cached calendar data (the first 80%) but fails to establish the live webhook and checkout connection with your PMS (the final 20%). This server-side failure can also cause 404 "Property not found" errors and malformed checkout URLs.
