# Live Sync stuck at Syncing… 80%

The **Live Sync** toggle stops at **Syncing... 80%** and then times out.

**Why this happens.** The server can pull cached calendar data (the first 80%) but fails to establish the live webhook and checkout connection with your PMS (the final 20%). This server-side failure can also cause 404 "Property not found" errors and malformed checkout URLs.
