A property card on your site shows a county name where you expect the town name.
Why this happens. The location label on a property card comes from the city field in the listing’s address in your PMS. HomeRunner pulls this field on every sync, so any label you change only on the website is overwritten the next time a sync runs.
How to fix it. To fix the label permanently, update the city field on the listing’s address in your PMS. In Hospitable, this is in the listing’s address fields. The card shows the correct town after the next sync completes.
If you need the display label to differ from what is in your PMS for a specific reason, contact support and a display override can be set on the site.
