When you add a new property, it can appear on your English site right away but not yet on the Spanish or French versions. This is a temporary caching delay in the translation layer.
Why this happens. Your site’s translated pages (the /es/ and /fr/ versions) are generated by a translation tool that keeps its own cached copy of each page for speed. When you add a brand-new property, the English site updates instantly, but the translated versions keep serving their cached copy until it refreshes.
What you can do. Give it a little time. The translation cache refreshes on its own, and the property then appears on the Spanish and French pages automatically. To confirm, you can do a hard refresh in your browser (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows).
If the translated pages still have not caught up after a while, contact support to clear the cache and force all language versions back in sync.
