Newly added listings on your HomeRunner site show no gallery photos, while older listings display their photos as expected.
Why this happens. HomeRunner ships its own copy of Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). If a second, standalone ACF plugin is also active on your site (often installed by an SEO or theme vendor), it can take over field registration. New listings are then left without their gallery photos, while older listings remain unaffected.
What to do.
- Deactivate the standalone ACF plugin so the HomeRunner copy handles category image fields and galleries.
- Re-sync your listings so every property refreshes with its current PMS photos.
