Some property photos on your site show a grey graphic instead of the actual image.
Why this happens. The grey graphic is a placeholder that the image service substitutes when it cannot process a photo. It does not mean the photo is missing, broken, or wrongly configured in your PMS. It can have more than one cause, and there is no customer-side configuration involved.
What you can do. Re-uploading the photo or changing a site setting does not fix it. Instead of troubleshooting on the site, report it to support. Include the listing name or URL and, if possible, a screenshot, because the placeholder can affect only certain photos or certain sizes.
