Property pages keep moving to the trash

Your property pages are moved to the trash automatically, and pages you restore by hand end up back in the trash.

Why this happens. HomeRunner runs a scheduled routine that removes property pages for listings your site no longer carries. It decides what to remove by checking which properties your site is entitled to show. If your site cannot read that list correctly, the routine concludes the site carries nothing and moves all live property pages to the trash. Because the routine runs on a repeating schedule, a manual restore only lasts until the next pass.

The most common cause is a plugin build that does not match how your site pulls its properties. Sites that aggregate listings from more than one connected account use a different build than a standard single-account site, and a routine plugin update can replace the correct build with the wrong one.

What to do. Do not keep restoring the pages manually, since each restore is undone on the next pass. Contact HomeRunner support and mention that property pages are being trashed repeatedly and that restores are not holding. Support confirms which build your site should be on, installs it, and runs a fresh sync. Once the correct build is in place, the routine can read your property list again and stops removing live pages.

Checking the fix. Watch a previously affected property page across several hours after the corrected build is installed. If it stays published through multiple sync and cleanup cycles, the underlying cause is cleared. If a page is trashed after the fix, note the timestamp and send it to support, as the timing identifies which routine acted.
