A property page address ends in -1 and does not match the URL pattern of your other listings.
Why this happens. This usually happens when the same listing reaches your site twice from your PMS. For example, when you create a listing in Guesty by duplicating another one, the first copy takes the clean URL and the second copy receives the -1 suffix. After the duplicate is removed, the surviving page keeps the -1.
How to get the clean URL. Contact support with the property name, the current URL, and the URL you want. Support updates the page address for you.
The old -1 URL keeps working, so anyone who opens an existing link is redirected to the new address automatically. Links you have already shared in emails, texts, or social posts do not break. Nothing changes in your PMS, and the listing continues syncing as before.
