# Amenity icons blank or missing

On a custom-designed site, some amenities on your property pages can appear without an icon.

**Why this happens.** Amenity icons on custom-designed sites come from a per-site icon library. When your property management system syncs in an amenity that the icon library does not yet cover, that amenity renders without an icon.

**What you can do.** Support fixes this by adding the missing icons to your site's library. No action is needed in your PMS. Support can also add an automatic safeguard: any newly synced amenity that has no matching icon immediately receives a neutral placeholder icon instead of rendering blank, and custom artwork can be added later.
