The price shown for a property on your search results page can differ from the price shown on its property listing page.
Why this happens. The booking widget uses the Average Price, while the grid view uses the Base Nightly Rate.
What you can do. To give guests a consistent experience, choose one metric and use it in both areas. The four available options are:
- Base Nightly Rate
- Lowest Price (calculated from synced data)
- Average Price (calculated from synced data)
- Nothing
For Lowest Price and Average Price, you can restrict the calculation to a specific forward-looking window, such as the next 30 or 60 days, instead of using all available future data.
