# Search results and listing prices do not match

The price shown for a property on your search results page can differ from the price shown on its property listing page.

**Why this happens.** The booking widget uses the **Average Price**, while the grid view uses the **Base Nightly Rate**.

**What you can do.** To give guests a consistent experience, choose one metric and use it in both areas. The four available options are:

1. **Base Nightly Rate**
2. **Lowest Price** (calculated from synced data)
3. **Average Price** (calculated from synced data)
4. **Nothing**

For **Lowest Price** and **Average Price**, you can restrict the calculation to a specific forward-looking window, such as the next 30 or 60 days, instead of using all available future data.
