When a guest clicks Book Now, the booking widget hands them off to Track to complete their reservation. The checkout page they land on is Track’s own hosted checkout page.
Why this happens. Track controls this page entirely, not your HomeRunner website. Everything shown there, including deposit amounts, payment-policy text, and cancellation terms, comes from your Track account settings.
What you can do. To change what appears on the checkout page, update the settings inside your Track account or contact Track support. HomeRunner cannot edit this page from the website side.
