# Who controls the Track checkout page

When a guest clicks **Book Now**, the booking widget hands them off to Track to complete their reservation. The checkout page they land on is Track's own hosted checkout page.

**Why this happens.** Track controls this page entirely, not your HomeRunner website. Everything shown there, including deposit amounts, payment-policy text, and cancellation terms, comes from your Track account settings.

**What you can do.** To change what appears on the checkout page, update the settings inside your Track account or contact Track support. HomeRunner cannot edit this page from the website side.
