The Starting at figure on your property cards and property pages shows the lowest nightly rate on that property’s synced calendar.
Why this happens. The figure is read from the night-by-night rates in your PMS. It reflects whatever sets those nightly rates, including a dynamic pricing tool if you use one. Your PMS base rate does not factor into this figure.
Older plugin sites. Sites still on the older plugin may show the base rate instead. Because of this, the displayed number can appear lower after you migrate to the current platform.
