When a guest accepts your rental agreement at checkout, the signed acceptance is recorded on the reservation and carried into Guesty as the reservation’s guest note. The note reads, for example, "[Rental Agreement: accepted – signed: <name>]" and appears ahead of any message the guest typed at checkout.
Drawn signatures. If the guest draws a signature, the signature image is stored on your website’s backend, where you can view it per reservation. Guesty receives only the text confirmation line.
What you will not see in Guesty. This is a text record in Guesty, separate from Guesty’s own pre-check-in e-sign documents. The signature does not appear anywhere in Guesty’s Documents section, because Guesty’s API offers no way for an outside system to place files there.
