If property inquiries from your site seem to go missing, check where Conversion Kit is sending them.
Why this happens. When the Recipient Email(s) field in Conversion Kit’s Contact Form tool has never been filled in, the plugin sends inquiry emails to your site’s WordPress administration email. You can find this address under Settings > General > Administration Email Address. It is often not your reservations inbox.
