# Conversion Kit inquiry emails with no recipient

If property inquiries from your site seem to go missing, check where Conversion Kit is sending them.

**Why this happens.** When the **Recipient Email(s)** field in Conversion Kit's **Contact Form** tool has never been filled in, the plugin sends inquiry emails to your site's WordPress administration email. You can find this address under **Settings > General > Administration Email Address**. It is often not your reservations inbox.
