A search can be declined even when the dates are open. This happens when the stay is shorter than that day’s minimum, because per-day minimum-stay rules set in your PMS calendar still apply.
Where to find them. In Guesty, the Availability settings page shows only the listing default. Per-day minimum-stay values live in the calendar and revenue views.
