Meta Pixel events and duplicate tracking

The native Meta Pixel integration fires PageView, ViewContent, InitiateCheckout, Purchase (with value), and Lead.

Avoiding duplicate events. To keep events from being counted twice, remove any other copy of the pixel base code from your site so only one instance is running.
