# Meta Pixel events and duplicate tracking

The native Meta Pixel integration fires PageView, ViewContent, InitiateCheckout, Purchase (with value), and Lead.

**Avoiding duplicate events.** To keep events from being counted twice, remove any other copy of the pixel base code from your site so only one instance is running.
