Do not move a Reva review to the trash in the WordPress back office.
Why this happens. The sync treats a trashed review as missing and recreates it as a new entry on the next full sync.
What to do instead. To remove a review from your site, use Stop publishing in Reva, or set the review’s Front-End Visibility to Hidden in the back office.
