# Trashing a Reva review in WordPress

Do not move a Reva review to the trash in the WordPress back office.

**Why this happens.** The sync treats a trashed review as missing and recreates it as a new entry on the next full sync.

**What to do instead.** To remove a review from your site, use **Stop publishing** in Reva, or set the review's **Front-End Visibility** to **Hidden** in the back office.
