Your Label Designer is enabled and your labels are configured, but no labels appear on your listings page.
Why this happens. Labels are controlled by a Hide Groups setting on each individual listings grid element in the page builder. If Hide Groups is turned on for a grid, no labels appear on that grid, regardless of how the Label Designer is configured.
How to fix it.
- Open the page builder.
- Find the listings/explorer element.
- Turn Hide Groups off.
- Clear your page cache (WP Rocket, Cloudflare, or your host cache).
If you have multiple listing pages or search grids on your site, each one has its own Hide Groups setting and may need the same update.
Until you assign custom colors to each label in Label Designer, the badges appear with the default pill styling rather than custom colors.
