# Labels not showing on the listings page

Your Label Designer is enabled and your labels are configured, but no labels appear on your listings page.

**Why this happens.** Labels are controlled by a **Hide Groups** setting on each individual listings grid element in the page builder. If **Hide Groups** is turned on for a grid, no labels appear on that grid, regardless of how the Label Designer is configured.

**How to fix it.**

1. Open the page builder.
2. Find the listings/explorer element.
3. Turn **Hide Groups** off.
4. Clear your page cache (WP Rocket, Cloudflare, or your host cache).

If you have multiple listing pages or search grids on your site, each one has its own **Hide Groups** setting and may need the same update.

Until you assign custom colors to each label in Label Designer, the badges appear with the default pill styling rather than custom colors.
