When you click a property photo in the gallery lightbox, it may open at its full native size with scrollbars instead of fitting the screen. This is a display issue on the HomeRunner side, and it can be corrected without any action from you.
Why this happens. The photo gallery opens images in a mode designed for embedded web pages rather than direct image viewing. The image links from your property management system do not include a standard file extension, so the gallery software cannot automatically detect that they are photos. It defaults to the wrong display mode, which causes the photos to appear at full native size with scrollbars.
How it is fixed. The fix intercepts the gallery behavior and forces each photo to open in the correct image display mode. With the fix in place, clicking any property photo opens it full-screen at the right size.
To verify the fix:
- Open a property page.
- Click the photo gallery button.
- Click any photo.
