OwnerRez booking pages not working

Your OwnerRez properties appear on your site, but the booking pages on each property do not work.

Why this happens. Listings sync through the OwnerRez API connection, but the booking flow on each property page runs through your OwnerRez booking widget. To enable it, you need to add your Widget ID to your HomeRunner connection.

To add your Widget ID:

  1. In OwnerRez, go to Settings → Widgets and open the Inquiry/Book widget (https://app.ownerrez.com/settings/widgets/edit?type=InquiryBook).
  2. Switch to the Embed Code tab and copy the value labeled data-widgetId.
  3. Enter that value in your HomeRunner connection settings, or send it to support.

Once the Widget ID is added, the booking pages start working.
