Green Popups shows only one on-load popup per page view. When multiple on-load targets apply to the same page, it uses the one with the lowest priority number and ignores the rest. Deactivating a popup does not deactivate its targets, so an older sitewide on-load target pointing at a retired popup keeps winning that slot on every page. Because the popup it points at no longer exists, nothing appears and your new popup never fires. To fix this, go to WordPress admin, open Green Popups, and navigate to Targets. Look for any on-load target whose popup is deactivated or deleted, particularly targets set to Sitewide, and switch those targets off. Your active popup’s target will then take over on the next page view. No cache clearing is needed. Two things to keep in mind when testing. If the site runs Green Popups in async mode, the trigger is fetched after the page loads, so the page source will not contain a trigger line for your popup even when it is working correctly. Also, a target set to "once per visitor" or "once per period" sets a browser cookie the first time it fires, so test in a private window or clear the site’s cookies between attempts. If the popup still does not appear after switching off the stale targets, contact support with the popup name and the page you are testing on.
