Your booking calendar shows dates more than 12 months out, but rates and availability stop at 12 months.
Why this happens. Two separate settings on your HomeRunner connection control how far out your site can sell. The booking window sets how far ahead guests may book. The calendar sync horizon sets how many days of rates and availability HomeRunner pulls from your PMS. The sync horizon defaults to 12 months even when the booking window is set longer, so the calendar draws the extra months but has no rates to display in them.
How to fix it.
- Contact HomeRunner support and ask them to raise the calendar sync horizon to match your booking window (up to 24 months).
- Re-sync the connection.
After the re-sync, rates appear on the site within minutes.
Check your PMS. Any listing that has its own shorter per-listing booking window still stops at that shorter horizon on the site. Rates must also be published in your PMS for the months you want to sell.
More than one brand or market. Each brand or market has its own connection, and each one needs the change applied separately.
