You have added a tracking snippet in WPCode and it shows as active, but it does not appear on your live site.
Why this happens. The snippet can be set up correctly in WPCode while a caching layer is still serving an older version of the page. The snippet usually becomes visible within a few minutes as the page cache refreshes.
What you can do. Clear your browser cache and wait a few minutes. If the snippet still does not appear, let support know. Support can confirm that the snippet is active and that the cache has been refreshed.
