# WPCode snippet not showing on live site

You have added a tracking snippet in WPCode and it shows as active, but it does not appear on your live site.

**Why this happens.** The snippet can be set up correctly in WPCode while a caching layer is still serving an older version of the page. The snippet usually becomes visible within a few minutes as the page cache refreshes.

**What you can do.** Clear your browser cache and wait a few minutes. If the snippet still does not appear, let support know. Support can confirm that the snippet is active and that the cache has been refreshed.
