You added a tag in Guesty and it synced to your site, but it does not appear as a badge on the listing. The sync is working correctly.
Why this happens. Tag display is opt-in per tag, and a newly synced tag arrives switched off by default. The tag exists on your site but does not appear on the listing until you enable it once.
To enable it:
- In WordPress, open the HomeRunner Toolkit’s Label Designer.
- Find the new tag in the list. Tags arrive using the exact name from Guesty, so it may appear in lowercase.
- Turn on Show Label for that tag.
- If your site uses page caching, clear the cache, then reload a listing that carries the tag.
The badge then appears wherever your other tag badges appear, including search result tiles and the individual listing page.
Good to know. This setting is per tag, not per property, so enabling it once covers every property that carries that tag now and in the future. Because tags arrive with the name exactly as typed in Guesty, keeping capitalization consistent in Guesty keeps the badges consistent on your site.
