Properties page bedroom and bathroom filter

The bedrooms and bathrooms filter on the properties page means "this many or more". If you set 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the page shows every property with at least 2 bedrooms and at least 1 bathroom, not only exact matches.

You can also apply the filter directly by link, for example: yoursite.com/properties/?bedrooms=2&bathrooms=1
