Properties missing from availability search results

When you run an availability search, some properties may not appear for dates you expect to be open. This usually comes down to how the nights in the search are counted, the minimum stay on those dates, or a booked night inside the range.

To confirm and resolve:

1. Count the nights in the search, not the days. A search of Aug 25 to Aug 27 is a 2-night stay, not 3. This is the most common source of the confusion. 2. Check the minimum stay on those dates in your PMS. Minimum stay is often set per date, not only once on the listing. Peak, holiday, and high-season dates frequently carry a 3- or 4-night minimum even when the listing’s default minimum is 1 night. 3. Re-run the search at or above that minimum stay. For example, if the dates require 3 nights, search Aug 25 to Aug 28. The properties then appear. 4. Check for a blocked night in the middle of the range. A range can begin on an open night and still be unbookable if any night inside it is booked. Check every night in the window, not only the arrival date.
