- Sign up directly on Hostfully’s website at hostfully.com/guidebooks and choose the free plan, since one guidebook is all the website uses.
- Create one guidebook named after your company.
- Skip the welcome and house-manual sections. The website only reads the Recommendations section.
- Add each place you would send a guest to as its own recommendation, with a category, name, cover photo, address, phone, website link, and descriptions.
- Once the guidebook is ready, contact support and provide the email address the account was created under, so that API access can be requested and the guidebook connected to your website.
After the connection is made, anything you add or edit in Hostfully flows to your site automatically.
