Sites built on this platform run Rank Math, which includes a Redirections tool. In the site dashboard, open Rank Math, then Redirections, then Add New. Enter the short path without a leading or trailing slash (for example 2026ballot), leave the match type on Exact, paste the full external form address into the Destination field, and choose the redirection type. Use 302 Temporary when the link is tied to a dated event you plan to retire, or 301 Permanent for a lasting shortcut. Save and the address works right away, with or without a trailing slash and regardless of capitalisation. Anything after a question mark on the incoming link is carried through to the destination automatically, so prefilled form links keep working. To retire the shortcut later, delete the row from the same Redirections list. If you do not see the Redirections menu, your user role does not include it; contact support to have the redirect added or your access adjusted.
