To swap the rental agreement PDF linked from your checkout or other site pages, upload the new file and point your links to it.
- Upload the new PDF to the WordPress Media Library.
- Update every link on the site that points to the old file.
Old confirmation email links. If you want links in old confirmation emails to open the new file, go to Media, select the old file, and use Upload a new file to replace it while keeping the same filename. You can also replace the file over SFTP using the same filename.
After updating. Clear your site cache in WP Rocket and Cloudflare, if applicable, then verify that the links open the correct file.
