Hiding a guest review from your site

How you remove a guest review determines whether it stays off your site after the next sync.

Why trashing does not work. If you trash a synced review, it reappears on the next sync. Use the Hide from Front End option instead.

To hide a review:

1. In WordPress, go to Reviews.
2. Find the review you want to remove.
3. Click Hide from Front End.

To hide several reviews at once, select them and choose Hide from Front End from the bulk actions menu.

Hidden reviews stay off the site through future syncs and are excluded from star average calculations.
