Hiding a listing from your website

You can hide a listing from your website without deleting it from your PMS by combining a PMS tag with one plugin setting.

  1. In the WordPress admin, go to HomeRunner > Settings > Sync.
  2. Find the field labeled Exclude Properties From Explorer Having Given Tags.
  3. Enter a tag name, such as "website-exclude". To use more than one tag, separate them with commas. Save.
  4. In your PMS, add that exact tag to each listing you want hidden. The tag name must match exactly, including capitalization.

On the next sync, the listing is removed from the explorer, area and collection pages, and homepage grids. It stays in your PMS, and it reappears on the site if you remove the tag.

Do not set the flag in WordPress. Do not try to set the exclude flag directly on the property in WordPress. Each sync rebuilds a property’s flags from PMS data, so any flag you set by hand is cleared on the next sync.
