If you have seen live pricing for hotels in Google search results, that pricing comes from Google Hotels, which is a hotel-only product. For vacation rentals, you need Google Vacation Rentals (GVR), which shows live rates and availability in Google Search, Maps, and Travel.
Guesty-connected properties. Guesty is the connectivity partner for GVR. You activate the integration inside Guesty under Integrations > Distribution > Google Vacation Rentals. You do not need any Google Business Profile or DNS changes.
Prerequisites. The main requirements are:
- The property is eligible under Google’s vacation rental categories.
- The listing has at least 8 photos, with at least one per room.
- The listing data in Guesty is complete.
- The rate shown on your booking landing page matches the rate sent to Google (rate parity).
