You can set the property explorer to show only properties that have a specific tag by adding a query parameter to the explorer page URL.
How to filter. Append the parameter to the URL of any page that contains the property explorer. Use ?tag=your-tag-slug to filter by tag name or slug, or ?tag_id=123 to filter by the tag’s numeric ID. For example: https://yoursite.com/properties/?tag=beach-front.
Multiple tags. To include more than one tag, separate them with commas, for example ?tag=beach-front,pet-friendly.
Important. The tag parameter cannot be placed directly inside the shortcode itself. For example, [homerunner-explorer tag="beach-front"] does not work. The tag must be passed as a URL query parameter.
