You control the order your properties appear on your website with sticky tags on each listing in your PMS.
How it works. Every sync rebuilds the display order from these tags, so the positions are reapplied permanently and survive future syncs. Any listing without a sticky tag displays below the tagged ones. A [bottom] tag prefix pushes a listing toward the end of the list.
Setting the order.
- In your PMS, add a tag of [sticky]1 to the listing you want to appear first, [sticky]2 to the second, and so on.
- Add a [bottom] tag to any listing you want pushed toward the end.
- Run a sync, or wait for the next scheduled sync, for the new order to take effect.
Drag-and-drop in WordPress. Manual drag-and-drop reordering inside WordPress does not hold, because each sync overwrites it. Use tags in your PMS instead.
Tag prefixes. The prefixes are configurable in the website plugin under Sync Settings (Sticky tag prefix and Bottom tag prefix). [sticky] and [bottom] are the defaults. If your site was configured with different prefixes, use those instead.
