You can send each submission from your property inquiry form to Zapier, which then passes it to your marketing tools.
Setting up the connection.
- In Zapier, create a new Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook. Zapier generates a unique webhook URL for that Zap.
- In WordPress, go to Conversion Kit settings and search for Inquiry Forwarding (searching "hook" finds it quickly).
- Paste the Zap’s webhook URL there and enable forwarding.
- Publish the Zap.
Each website needs its own Zap with its own unique webhook URL. If you reuse one webhook across two sites, inquiries from both sites are mixed into the same destination.
If submissions never arrive in Zapier. The most common reason is that the Zap was never published. A Draft Zap accepts webhook deliveries and returns a success response, but it silently discards the data. Everything appears to work while nothing actually arrives. Once the Zap is Published, the webhook stays live permanently.
If the Catch Hook test shows "No request found." You have two options. You can submit a real test inquiry on your site and then click Test trigger in Zapier. Or you can click Skip test and type the field names manually in the action step. For example, type the email field as a custom value in Campaign Monitor’s Email Address box.
Confirming that your site is sending. Open Entries in the WordPress sidebar (listed above Conversion Kit). Click an entry’s date to see its full delivery detail, including whether the webhook fired and how many times.
