Changing the AI Concierge chat name

The name shown in the AI Concierge chat widget comes from the Concierge Name setting, and the widget displays it exactly as typed. No prefix is added automatically, so whatever you enter is what appears in the chat header and launcher.

  1. In WordPress admin, go to HomeRunner > AI Concierge.
  2. Find the Concierge Name field and enter the exact title you want shown.
  3. Save, then reload the site.

If you leave the field blank, the widget shows the default name "Your Concierge".
