To see whether a Guesty reservation came from your website booking engine or was created manually, check the reservation’s source field in Guesty.
BE-API. Reservations made through your website booking engine arrive in Guesty with the source BE-API.
manual. A reservation with the source manual was created directly inside Guesty, whether by a team member, over the phone, or through another integration. It never went through your website checkout.
Guesty’s reservation history shows who created the reservation and when. If the history is unclear, Guesty support can confirm the origin.
