Duplicate Toolkit plugin copies and module settings

If your site has inactive duplicate copies of HomeRunner plugins, managing those plugin files can wipe your HomeRunner Toolkit module settings.

What to do. Leave the inactive duplicate copies alone and ask support to remove them for you.

If you clean up plugin files yourself. First make sure the Toolkit is on version 3.286.1 or later. That version prevents the uninstall cleanup from running when another copy of the Toolkit is still active.
