Guests who book directly on your HomeRunner site can leave a review through the Review Requests module in the HomeRunner Toolkit.
How it works. Once you enable the module, each direct-booking guest receives an email a couple of days after checkout asking for a review, followed by one reminder a few days later.
Approving reviews. Submitted reviews are held for approval in WordPress under Toolkit > Review Requests. Nothing appears publicly on your site until you approve a submission there.
