# Review requests for direct-booking guests

Guests who book directly on your HomeRunner site can leave a review through the **Review Requests** module in the HomeRunner Toolkit.

**How it works.** Once you enable the module, each direct-booking guest receives an email a couple of days after checkout asking for a review, followed by one reminder a few days later.

**Approving reviews.** Submitted reviews are held for approval in WordPress under **Toolkit > Review Requests**. Nothing appears publicly on your site until you approve a submission there.
