Google Vacation Rentals shows a Website access for URL is not reachable error on every listing in Guesty.
Why this happens. Google’s links use the Guesty listing ID to identify a property, but your HomeRunner site is not configured to resolve URLs in that format.
How to fix it.
- In WordPress, go to HomeRunner > Settings > Sync > Source Mapping and set Additional Property Slug Source to Source Id. This value must be different from whatever is set for Property Slug Source.
- Run a HomeRunner sync so every property picks up the new slug.
- Verify one link manually using the format Google sends:
https://your-site/property/<guesty-listing-id>/?guests=2&checkin=YYYY-MM-DD&checkout=YYYY-MM-DD&pointofsale=google. It should open the correct property page with the dates applied. If your property pages use a different base path (for example/rental/or/room/), the URL registered with Google must use that same base. Contact HomeRunner support to confirm the registered URL if you are unsure. - In Guesty, under Marketing and Sales > Distribution > Google Vacation Rentals, retry or reconnect the listings so Google re-checks them. Google holds the earlier failed result until you trigger a new check.
Note. If Guesty support suggests removing a custom booking-engine domain, that suggestion does not apply to a HomeRunner website and does not resolve the error. Leave your Guesty booking-engine domain settings as they are.
