Google Search Console shows the error Multiple reviews without aggregateRating object on your property pages.
Why this happens. Google requires an overall rating summary whenever a page lists two or more reviews. HomeRunner adds that summary when the property has an average rating and review count stored.
How to fix it. Turn on the Property Rating Stats module in the HomeRunner Toolkit. The module calculates the average rating and review count from the reviews already synced to your site and fills them in for every property.
- Go to Toolkit > Modules and turn on Property Rating Stats.
- Open the error in Search Console and click Validate Fix.
- Google re-checks the pages over the following days, and the error clears when it finds the summary.
If your PMS supplies ratings. If your PMS already supplies a rating and review count through a custom field, the module leaves those values alone and the summary comes from your PMS instead.
Checking that it works. View the page source of a property page and search for "aggregateRating". The property’s average rating and review count should appear there.
